Specialty Arabica Coffee from Nagaland
Nagaland coffee has gained recognition among specialty coffee buyers for its high-altitude cultivation, shade-grown farming methods, and naturally sustainable practices.
Grown at elevations between 900 and 1,600 metres, the region's cool climate, high rainfall, and traditional farming techniques contribute to the slow maturation of Arabica cherries and the development of complex flavour characteristics.
