Service Call & Diagnostic Fee
We charge a service call & diagnostic fee of $65.00 per home appliance unit which must be paid when scheduling an appointment.
This fee covers the trip, initial examination, diagnosis, and written estimate of repair with parts and labor.
If the appliance unit is found to be uneconomical to repair or the customer chooses not to proceed with service, said service fee is non-refundable.
For emergency service (HVAC only), a service fee of $125.00 must be paid at the time of scheduling of appointment. This fee is non-refundable but may be applied to repair service costs. Click the square below to pay safely and securely.
